- To prepare Taudì tuna in oil, we then proceed with jar cooking in water and salt to preserve the organoleptic qualities of the fish; in doing so, we follow the original traditional recipe so that all the aromas and flavors remain unchanged.
- The jars are filled with extra virgin olive oil to ensure long preservation.
